Objectives :-

1. To pursue those actions that result in a positive net increase in membership level and long term retention of members.

2. To oversee the administration of weekly meetings and major events focusing on the smooth continuity of Club programmes.

3. To enhance the provision and quality of guest speakers.

4. To foster good links with other Rotary Clubs.

5. To produce a succession plan identifying possible future committee chairmen , club and district leaders .
