Talk by Jane Malcolm - March 1st, 2011

Jane is the senior nurse for The Older Persons Mental Health Team. There are 2 doctors and four nurses in the team and they support people in their homes in the Bridport and Beaminster area. The team work with the Carers Support Group, based at the Bridport Health Centre; they manage Greenfields, a daycare centre at their base in Bridport Hospital.
Greenfields gives daycare to Dementia sufferers for upto twelve persons per day for five days per week.
The Team is striving to get up and running a long term permanent Memory Cafe in Bridport.
