” Today the Rotary Clubs of Bridport and Crewkerne planted 6000 Hyacinth bulbs. Members enjoyed a sunny afternoon, Cider, Bread and Cheese and cups of tea to help the potting along. Bridport Carnival-Feeding the revellers - August 18th, 2012
Once again members manned the burger stall until the late hours. Trade was very brisk, particularly for the late shift, and all the burgers and hot dogs were sold out before 11pm. The event successfully raised just over £1000 which will go into Charity Funds.

Riverside Day Centre cheque presentation - March 6th, 2012
The Bridport Riverside Day Care Centre was established in 1994 and partially funded by Dorset County Council. Each day twelve old people are lovingly cared for, by volunteers, from 10am until 3pm. The Rotary donation will be used for entertainment and transport to outside places of interest.

Shelterbox Haiti Update - February 18th, 2010
By the end of the week, more than 8,200 ShelterBoxes and disaster relief tents will have been distributed in Haiti. ShelterBox has committed another 5,000 tents to Haiti, which will provide shelter for another 50,000 people. These will start arriving at the end of February.
